Best pancakes ever. We were hit by recent storm Helene and we have served up some Cousin Ts at different times to friends and family in the last few days as we still have our gas stove. They rave about the pancakes. We always show them the box and say go on line and get you some when we get utilities back.

Tried it for the first time this morning and both my wife and I loved it. Mixed according to the directions and found it a bit too runny for our taste so I added a bit more pancake mix and that did the trick.

love love love Cousin T's Pancake variety pack and syrup. My hubbie finished the all in the variety pack, I make the whole box then freeze and he eats every morning when he comes back from the gym.. I was looking for a better pancake mix and ran across Cousin T's PanCake Mix. I bought the two boxes, but it took some time before we made them. We used the gourmet recipe on the box. The pancakes from Cousin T's mix have a great flavor and texture. They remind me of the pancakes I used to have when I was a little kid. I love the ingredients...other so called Buckwheat mixes the actual ingredients pertaining to Buckwheat or flour from Buckwheat isn't usually the 1st ingredient but yours is (Whole Buckwheat Flour) and it follows with unbleached Wheat, Whole Wheat flour and Rye Flour and again with Buckwheat Flour. The taste the texture is awesome and mixed with Blueberries served with your Maple Syrup you just can't beat it. Keep making pancakes Great again!
