Everything came in perfect condition! The albums were wrapped up well in bubble wrap, so there was no damage in transport. I also entered the raffle for the fancall, and the seller was very kind and communicative as they carried out that process for me. 10/10 customer service! As for these albums, the covers are thicker and sturdier than the Freefall or Lullaby albums, and they look very pretty with the holographic designs and the bookmarks. These might be my favorite photobooks design-wise. <3

I was really impressed with Oppastore’s customer service. FedEx delivered my order to the wrong address and Adi the owner helped me immediately to find it so I was able to get it back. I have had experiences with other companies where the same thing has happened but I had to wait 4 months to get a refund and the order replaced.
