We always use HayBox , we usually go for the Blend Timothy Hay, full of fibre and perfect for our little balls of floof. They love it & always go straight to it when I top it up 2-3x a day. Floki & Rollo are BIG fans ! Very little dust, compared to other leading brands ( we used to spend a lot more for less ) and the quality is brilliant.

My 2 bunnies love this Hay. They love this in there wee bunny hay holder and the bigger hay holder I have. Big tasty bits. Can see Guinness is happy here eating and all content.

I have two chinchillas that love dandelion and nettle.The quality of these two products from Hay Box is excellent.I have bought dried dandelion from Ebay but not a patch on Hay Box. First rate.

Florence and Luca love this hay! It's far superior to many I have tried in the past. It smells fresh, clean and there's no dust. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others and the service/delivery is excellent. They also have the Timothy hay and straw - both are equally good. Here they are surrounded by a selection of Haybox hays and munching on the dandelion roots (which go down far too quickly!).

HayBox meadow hay is what Speedy and Gizmo love best! After having to top up in between orders on a different brand hay they are delighted to have their favourite Meadow hay back! Great to have the hay packaged in plastic now .. meaning we had a 3rd very happy little customer! My little girl who has been enjoying a cosy box from which to watch telly from with her teddies!

The peppermint is well packaged and smells really nice... but I would like to bring something to your attention, HayBox team. I love that it is packaged with care into paper bags, but if you pack it to the same box with hay, it will be squashed. I ordered 10kg of hay and 4 bags of herbs. While delivery, everything has been squashed. You prepare and pack it with care to save them leaves from being squashed. If I order Plantain or Strawberry leaves, they probably look like a dust when delivered....

My 7 rabbits won't eat any other hay. They love haybox. Haybox is always fresh, you know that by the aroma from it. Always delivered on time. I subscribe to haybox so it saves me money. Happy bunnies,as you can see from the photo 😀 happy me too

Had a few issues with the Timothy blend. I found it really dusty, my one Bunny Georgie suffers with some kind of dust allergy having chopped dusty hay did not help. So had a batch of Timothy course cut and soft cut sent out. And I think the picture says it all. Two Happy Bunnies. HayBox were very helpful with my previous issues and it was quickly resolved.

Both the meadow hay & Timothy blend are fantastic! Ruby & Monique both love your hay. The new packaging keeps the hay extra fresh & crisp & I notice that the plastic is recyclable, which is great. Love the fact that I now receive two boxes instead of four! Can’t recommend Hay Box highly enough!

Always have this hay as well as the blend. My Boarders love the Haybox Softcut, it’s a great hay to have for fussy bunnies and the Guinea pigs love this too. Delivery was quick and the new style packaging saves space as the hay is compressed but still the same lovely hay.

The Guinea pigs love this, they started exploring it as soon as I put it down. They both enjoy looking to see if a treat has been put on the top, and with a comfy cushion they enjoy relaxing underneath. Very easy to put together.

Both my bunnies love this hay, literally turn their noses up at anything else but demolish this stuff! Great service too, customer services are really helpful and it's a great price, setting up a subscription make things so much easier.

I added that picture so you could see the difference in hay, I’ve subscribed to haybox for a long time. I have four rabbits and eight guinea pigs, unfortunately my last subscription was running late. I had to buy the best I could find to tide us over till it arrived, all I found from numerous brands was brown stuff. Poor quality, dusty and smelled like stale hay. Haybox Timothy hay and Meadow hay are my indoor freeroam guinea girls favourites! SO much better quality than any other brands, and much better price wise too! My piggies love this hay so much. I ordered some hay and there was an issue with the courier. I messaged them to say my tracking hadn't updated for a few days. Sam replied to my email straight away and said if it is not updated by next day at lunch time let them know and they will send a replacement. It didn't change so I emailed and straight away Sam sent out a new order which I received. Whilst I was waiting for the hay that had problems with the courier I had to go to the pet shop to buy...

Our bunnies love this hay, it stays fresh longer now it comes in bales, they know what it is when we put the box in the room they want to dive in, 2 very happy bunnies and there owner Lauren. They love a chill after eating hay with nice full bellies 😀

Our guineas absolutely love this soft cut hay and we loved the packaging last shipment - 2 bags in a small box that worked perfectly for us to open one bag at a time and pour it into the little box. However this shipment arrived looking like this. So I’m not sure how we’ll store this once it’s opened as the box is very damaged. Definitely prefer the smaller boxes of 2x2.5kg bags than the 1 x 5kg bags.

After being let down last minute by another Timothy Hay supplier and with time running out for getting more for my bunny, I cam across The Haybox... this taster pack was the perfect opportunity to let Shai try out different cuttings and blends... I've never seen him so excited by hay before, he's definitely the coarse and blend type bunny. I like the new packaging - I know a few people who don't but I always worry about it getting rained on if I don't happen to be home when its left outside the door (I have a small porch, but if its a big box it doesn't fit). The fact that its wrapped it plastic means it better protected and easier to store. The quality looks the same to me (I haven't actually opened a pack yet). You can also open a pack at a time without the rest spoiling.

The hay is always good quality and my rabbits love it. They are almost as excited for fresh hay as they are for their veggies. I’m also so happy with the new packaging. The old boxes had gaps and hay dust use to spill everywhere, and transferring the loose hay from them was a nightmare. It was Impossible not to make a big mess. The new packaging system is so much better and makes it much easier to handle. It’s also great my order now comes in one box, not 3. It doesn’t take up much space.

Been ordering the Timothy hay blend for over a year now and it’s always so amazingly green!! It stays fresh for ages, even before the new packaging. We had an issue with our last order which seemed like our package wasn’t sent out but DPD were waiting for it, it was sorted quickly and I actually had my order arrive on the day I was told a new box would be dispatched. The dispatch of the new box happened super quickly which I was impressed with.

I luv my hay. Sometimes I don't eat it as much as I should if there are lots of treats but I know it is good for me. My mum orders my hay and it's never late. They must be great as my mum says I'm very special!

As always, a great quality hay which my girl loves. I've tried hay from other places, but she prefers this hay. The new packaging is brilliant too. I was a little concerned at first at how small the box was, but was happy to see the quantity was unchanged. Very happy customers.

My guinea pigs told me to give the hay 5* they can’t wait to dive in when they have fresh hay, wheeking and popcorn dancing. It arrives in a box in bales of 2.5kg which is great for me as I store it in plastic boxes with lids once opened and stays fresh. Won’t buy from anywhere else, happy pigs happy mummy Thank you ☺️
