Bought this after doing research on ATP. Have stayed away from caffeine based pre workout previously, but found this not overpowering and well balanced. The drinks out of the can has some higher than wanted sugar content. The drink mix is fantastic. I loved it as you can tell pushed me through all my workouts and even kept me energized for the rest of the day. I drink half a bottle which is 16oz prior, and then the rest throughout the workout. I do believe the container could use a bit more servings. That would be my only complaint.

Sustained energy, no crash! I had found it difficult to sustain my endurance on runs lately. Decided to give X2 Performance Pre Workout a try...and I’m glad i did!
