The sales staff was very knowlegeable about the product. Post customer service was excellent. They followed the shipping closely due to high value chair. Andy and Allen were very nice to follow the transaction from beginning to the end. I love everything about the chair. One minor thing needs to be improve is that the chair needs to have an airbag for arm massage..! Thank you OSIM. I hope the product will last..!

Love my new foot massager and the chair massager as well. They are small and mighty. I love the pre-programmed settings and use them every day. The only thing I wish could be better is a way to massage my calf more directly.

Love this chair, my little boy keeps taking my seat! After a few massage you can really tell the difference from an Osim chair and other chairs. We previously had a P******** massage chair, but it got old and so we decided on Osim. My gosh it is so much better and feels amazing! I get better sleep at night and my whole family loves it while looking great in my living room.

I have experienced uDiva 2 before and like the compact design and flexiblity it has. uDiva 3 works as expected and the small table included is very handy. Bluetooth speakers are very nice to have. The only minor complaint/room to improve is I wish the force setting in the app can be saved so I don't need to adjust it every time.

OSIM dispatch team was able to work out the technical issue and my massage chair was delivered without any issue or extra cost. The chair itself is no joke. It's a great massage chair. Could use a little more cushion in the middle where the rollers are but not sure how they would accomplish that.
