So incredibly happy with our purchase made with ShopNZ. I ordered the mahogany maori patu and flax fedora hat as a 30th gift and the order arrived in time for the celebration with time to spare. The communication with ShopNZ was 10/10, always responding straight away with no issues and keeping me well informed. The best part of this order is that when the order arrived ShopNZ had realized it was a gift and had gift wrapped the hat and Patu and this had no extra cost!!! Definitely wasn't expectin...

Love this Taonga, great service, the only complaint I have is, the tracking for shipping is terrible. I know I ordered at the busiest time of year but the tracking didn’t update very often. I got told there was a failed delivery but no slip was left in my letter box and I had to chase it up. However, this is not the fault of Shop NZ who were fantastic. I will be purchasing more items very soon. The mahi of my Taonga is beautiful and represents what I want it to. Just have to get it blessed now....

Such a beautiful ring! I'm so pleased. I love that it has meaning, and the shape is so fine and delicate. My experience with Shop NZ was extremely pleasant. The package came very well wrapped, and they even sent me some candy, Mackintosh's Toffee. :) The Harrogate flavor was very interesting and nothing like what I'd had before (the closest flavor I can think of is cream soda or root beer). I will certainly shop from you all again!

Very nice, I got it as a souvenir from my trip to NZ, was less expensive to order it and have it shipped home then to buy it in the souvenir shops in NZ. I needed up mounting it on the wall in my home office. It is a nice reminder of a great trip. One thing to note, the 'head' is very heavy so it will tip forward if you mount it with two supports under the handle.
