Dropped and broke the greenstone ring I bought at the Bushman's Hut in 1999. Could not glue the two pieces back together. Found EXACTLY the same ring on shopNZ.COM. Ordering was simple and included any U.S. Customs charges. Considering how far the shipment had to travel to California, it didn't take nearly as long as I thought it would. Sizing is accurate. I'm keeping this new ring in it's own pouch and not taking it out unless I'm standing on a carpeted floor. Lesson learned the hard way.

I love how this clock is centered on our NZ birds. Initially, it'll take time to get used to the sudden bird sound as it often catches me by surprise! But I think it is a great gentle way to bring us back to the present moment and remind us of time passing.
