While the plate is of good quality, as one can see, it is not an accurate replication overall. For example, the "i" and "a" in california are separate on the authentic plate, and connected together on this "replica" plate. The overall size of the "California" text is also too small compared to the original. It's a shame because these seem like easy things to get right, yet clearly they aren't.

Looks pretty good. If the edges of the plate were painted it would look a lot better. Close up the silver edges of the plate stick out like a sore thumb but overall it looks good.
