As much as I love the Bonnet sauce and will continue to purchase it, I was a little annoyed that I got a request to write a review when they never bothered to respond to a message I sent them a couple weeks ago regarding a broken bottle in my shipment. I asked them if they would issue a replacement or store credit and they never got back to me. So the Bonnet sauce tastes great. But the customer service needs improvement.

The hot sauce is really good as well. I like it best when I put chicken in the crockpot and put both the marinade and the hot sauce I'm with it.

It took about a month to receive the sauce but it finally arrived and it’s great. I tried two out of the three but they both are delicious and I will order again. You should give return customer a discount and you should also have a referral program so if we have others order maybe we get free bottles for getting other people hooked… Just a thought. 😊

I ordered the variety pack for my husband, he LOVES Jamaican jerk, we have been to Jamaica 4 times just so he can eat authentic jerk. So we have only tried the bonnet hot sauce, which is soooo good advice jerk ranch, that is a bit weird, but tasted really great when mixed with the bonnet sauce. Have yet to try the jerk sauce, but at this point I would definitely order the ranch and bonnet again!

I have been a long time habanero fan. I have tired all the HotOnes branded sauces, and this is the best habanero based hot sauce I have ever tried! No comparison! If you love the habanero flavor, this is your hot sauce. Trust me on habaneros. This is the good stuff.

I absolutely love the Scotch Bonnet sauce! One of my new favorites & I have around 300 sauces. The Jerk was a very good grilling sauce. Great flavor. I was excited about the Ranch, since I have made my own in the past, but it wasn't a favorite. Not bad, just not what I wanted. I would suggest doing a dry packet of your Jerk seasoning (ranch mix) with directions on how to make at home.
