I did have a small issue with the ring not arriving despite it being dispatched (not Rani’s fault, these things can happen) but emailed to explain that it hadn’t arrived and was now needed asap as it was a gift. Ramona replied promptly and sent out another ring which then arrived next day and in time for my friend’s birthday! Great service - thank you!
