You should improve on the screw design. I only have to change blades a couple times a month, but unscrewing the screws to do that is a bit annoying. Otherwise I actually like the simplicity of it and like using normal razor blades cause its cheaper.

I like the shape. Feels good in my hand for shaving my head. I also tried out the nose trimmer and was pretty excited how well it worked too.

Really close shave

Do not purchase any item from this company! They will not respond to any emails and have no phone number to call. I had to dispute the charges with my credit card company, but still I am out $10 for shipping. Razor screws will strip before you can even use the product. I would say terrible customer service, but it would be more accurate to say NO customer service.

Nice shaver. There is an extension that we can remove/replace which is a great idea. Love the travel bag that is provided with it too. Great buy!

Works fairly well. Perhaps the razor head could be a little more ergonomically designed, and dealing with the tiny screws to change blades is a bit tedious.

Not happy with the packaging. Fingerprints all over the product looked as if it was bought and returned and sent to me.

I am frustrated with the lack of customer service. I have tried to contact the company four times through email or their feedback form. The razor screws are terrible and one was stripped, and I never received the box of extra razors. No phone number and over four business days with no response hasn’t instilled confidence that I would do business with this company. I sent the product back and will be contacting my credit card company to dispute the charge.

Must be careful! With a little practice it even cuts through my thick stubble.
