I love my sleep, I sleep a lot, I love my naps and it is what fuels my creative job and brain power. With a regular phone alarm I got into such a bad snoozing habit and it would always catch me at my deepest rest, so getting out of bed felt like torture. With TAVO I feel Alert every morning! It catches me right as I am rolling over and partially awake. Literally nothing else similar out there.

It’s truly changed my life. I have a job and I have to wake up at 4am, and I hated waking up my family. I used to have a large alarm. I searched up for a silent alarm and I found TAVO. Ik it had to be good because of reviews and how it was marketed. Used by first paycheck to buy it and it was worth every penny. I’ve woken up silently every night and I genuinely feel grateful Everytime I wake up. I can’t thank TAVO enough. It’s truly is revolutionary.

This setup has been pretty awesome honestly, a learning curve to figure out how to use the app efficiently and I still can’t figure out if it is reading my personal rem cycles and adapting to them or if it is just adding 90 minute intervals to whatever time it can tell I stop moving, but the silent alarm is a nice calm way to wake up compared to my other alarms! I've loved my Tavo...i only had it a few days before i was already waking up before it went off. And i would wake up actually almost wide awake! Both of those things were very rare before as i am a deep sleeper. I dreaded my alarm going off before i got my Tavo and really didnt like getting up in the morning but now i am excited to get out of bed in the morning with my tavo! Definitely recommend getting one :)

I do feel less groggy I've liked it a lot. I use it nightly and have yet to not wake up to the buzzing. I do feel less groggy, especially if I get atleast 6-7 hours of sleep that night. I've been working night shifts over the past week, so I sleep during the day and it wakes me up without the jarring noise of an alarm.

If I’m paying $279 for an alarm, it better work. I got my Tavo last week and the plastic parts had warped or shifted so that the button didn’t even work to turn off the alarm so I had to turn it off through my phone. More a nuisance, but again, $279 for an alarm. I requested a return and they gladly accepted, though the return speed left a little to be desired. That being said, I do really enjoy the product and wake up tested so it has potential but hope they use the insane price tag and revenue...

The app crashes all the time. The device doesn't actually record your sleep. It woke me up every day at exactly the time the alarm was set, never within the window! I found myself waking up groggy more often than not.
