honestly great piece and great customer service, they couldn't find the color i wanted in this style nd emailed me right away but then sent a follow up email stating they found it nd would ship it immediately, and i got it the next day. i did look them up on yt nd people had small issues with them but not me i love my new piece

Works pretty well but not the best. I believe the hole at the top is just a little too small. Pearls will spin fast bust when a big load is on they struggle quite a bit and you can tell it’s because it’s not getting quite enough airflow.
