Delivery was late, and they didn't respond to emails for many business days then blamed it on a single holiday. ALL of the connector parts for actually hooking up the faucet to plumbing are cheaply and poorly made. The amazing plumber who did perfect work in our home couldn't make them stop leaking, even following their provided instructions.
