They turned out even better than expected! I was scared it seemed a little too larger in the photos, but it looked perfect in real life. I also originally sent the bow tie to the wrong location online and the customer service fixed it right away with no problem.

The one bow tie (ordered two) that arrived is beautiful and looks to be of good quality. The customer service experience has been dreadful. The order shipped in four different phases and 3.5 weeks after the original order date we still don't have the missing bow tie for today's event. The representatives have been slow to respond and have never actually addressed any concerns presented. They offer vague apologies and even more vague excuses for the delay. No solutions have been offered, no timel...

I ordered this bolo tie for a Christmas gift for my son, who is a musician and wears them at his gigs. I was really pleased with the snowy looking pattern of the stone and I think he will like it as well. The black and white colors should go nicely with many of his outfits.

This bow tie ( I bought 3) will be mine. I love to wear a phenomenal Statement bow tie as a woman. These days, it gets lots of attention but also provokes humorous questions as to my “ pronouns” and that entire topic. Nope. I just like to look classic/ classy. These Jack & Miles bow ties are not quite the quality of the Brackish line, but I hope they wear as well.

The ties were wonderful! We bought sets for all of the groomsmen. We were worried that we wouldn't be able to get the ties that we wanted when we saw that they were out of stock, but the Jack and Miles team was very helpful. We were able to get the ties before the wedding and they looked great!

I ordered 2 feather bowties. They arrived early, and are as pictured. They a very attractive, and reasonably priced. They are boxed in protective wooden boxes, with an included complimentary feather lapel pin. My only suggestion is that, if possible, a clip-on option be added.

As soon as I received the “Old Sport-gray” bow tie in the mail I noticed that the feathers were damaged (I’m assuming it got damaged during packaging since the feathers were sticking out of the wooden box). I called Jack & Miles’ costumer service right away and they were very apologetic and informed me they would be expediting another one to me.
