The box is really easy to use. I get home I juts leave my phone in there first and the use it. The indicator has steady illumination when ready to sterilise and then flashes whilst the process is taking place and back to steady once it is complete. But there is no way to prove the sterilization, but how can we! we will need a microscope for that.. ha ha
