I STARTED USING THIS TOPWATER ABOUT 8 MONTHS AGO AND HAVE CAUGHT MANY MANY BASS AND BOWFIN WITH IT.THE LURE WORKS GREAT BUT I TOOK THE FRONT RING OFF SO I COULD TIE DIRECTLY YO THE BAIT,IT SEEMS TO HAVE A BETTER "POP" THIS WAY.

I caught two more fish on a wlure. First was with a different minnow. The M639X36 caught two Yellow Bullheads for me today in the Vermillion River. That is in South Dakota, USA.

I bought two and these lures and used them in the spring to get under the shad spawn. Caught a 4, 7.5 and 10.5 bass using these lures. Good hook set and deep diving. I have purchased several different lures and find all to be satisfactory.

This Wakebait has amazing action and is more of a subsurface Wakebait as it swims 6 inches or less under the water and is perfect for shallow water fish

I like these hooks for a couple of reasons. They are a touch smaller than the size indicated, just a touch!! This makes them the perfect size for my use. They are very strong and sharp!! I will order more when needed.

Hi, haven't caught a fish on this lure yet but generally love the lures, I am swapping over from the treble hooks to single hooks mainly because the fish I target tend to swallow the lures deep. I am wondering would it be possible to include the model number of the lure onto the body or bib of the lure for identification and for re ordering. Cheers roy

I will persist. It caught the biggest of the wild brown trout here in waters that are traditionally trolled with Cobra type wobblers, as the was rest of the catch.

This one is very reasonably priced for a 4 section swimmer. It swims great, but keep the foil, paint, and epoxy light or it will be difficult to tune.

This well behaved lure trolls very well. It dives quickly to depth, and offers little resistance. It is one of my favorites to paint and fish.

Sometimes it's the simple paint schemes that catch the bigger fish. This lure was painted a simple chartreuse color and it was hammered by this flathead catfish. The hooks really aren't meant for this big a fish, but it eventually surfaced at the side of my kayak, where it was netted and released. This lure works best for lighter fish, such as the white bass here in Oklahoma, but it's good to know that it can handle bigger if need be. The lure runs maybe 2 foot deep on a cast and up to 3 feet on...
