Great item when you go walking or going to the gym - holds my phone, keys, lip gloss and ID. Beautiful packaging and nice to see some of the money goes to Breast Cancer. I love this purse. I carry as a wallet but when I have to be handsfree, I am able to pull it out, clip on the strap, and go. It is roomy enough for everything, including a lipstick. This company also is wonderful about standing behind their product. I have had my wallet for approximately 6 months when one of the pockets began to tear. This crossbody is great for times when you don't have to carry a lot of stuff. It's small, but there's still plenty of room for credit cards, ID, coins and bills, keys and a few more items. The outside magnetic-close pocket is perfect for glasses or sunglasses. The strap is adjustable and the plastic window works very well for phone use without having to remove your phone. The bag is well made. Blue Blossom is a very pretty color. I am very happy with this purchase.

Not a fan of the chain strap because it gets tangled and knotted. Also need to upgrade the touch screen for the new iphone 11 and 12 pro max because there is no home button on those phone and the touch screen on the bag doesn't work as well for those phones because you need to swipe up instead of using a home button. I absolutely love this little crossbody purse. Not only is it stylish, but it holds just what I need - phone (with access without opening the purse), keys, cash, ID, and slots for three credit cards. I love the STG product line, the style and quality is great. The shipping was incredibly fast, and when I had a small issue on my order the customer service was wonderful and took care of it right away. I have ordered 2 crossbody bags and really like both. My only suggestion for improvement would be on the Encounter bag, the placement of the shoulder strap hooks being on the bottom makes it easy to let things spill out if you forget to re-zip before letting go of it.
