The wood panels were good quality although 2 panels were damaged and can’t be used I did over order and I might be able to get a small cutting of it. I’m very satisfied with the product and I would buy from this company again delivery was quick as well.

I have recently had three lots of shiplap wood for outside projects. The quality of wood and delivery has been generally excellent. I did however have problems with the one delivery, which I used for the front of my house, containing numerous knots. This has diminished the finished look of the job.

Ordered three products on Sunday, the first of which arrived on the Wednesday. The other two longer lengths of timber came on the Thursday, very good considering the lockdown measures. All individual products were packaged nicely. Only issue I had was I found the exact same products from your company sold on Amazon and Ebay websites for a cheaper price. Not a very good advert for buying direct !

The cladding boards are of good quality and I'm pleased with how they look. I've had two deliveries of 3m & 1.8m boards, on both occasions some of the boards were damaged. Whilst they were generally packaged well at the ends (polystyrene and shrink-wrap), the rest of the boards had shrink-wrap only, they needed more protection. Order fulfilled very quickly by seller, however the delivery service they use (Parcelforce force) had item for 8 days before attempting delivery then on three separate occasions sent notification of delivery but failed to deliver and took item back to depot. I suggest you use a different delivery service

I ordered 1.8m large decking planters and they arrived on time and I am pleased with them. My only gripe is that they didn't come with liners like most other planters on the market, so will have to do that myself along with painting them. But apart from that they are good.

Hi Timber was delivered promptly and was very well packaged Unwrapped 9 out of 10 packs so far with only one badly spilt board. Was able to use most of it around the back Used to clad a new summer house. Becoming quite concerned about the amount of shrinkage of the boards. Fixed tight together, now gapping by about 5mm . Plenty of fixings used so hopefully it will all stay in shape. Thanks Mike

Given the current situation delivery was prompt within 4 days. Larch cladding is new to me and will require patience to fit it together due to its natural characteristics. It’s damp condition was unexpected but controlled drying in spaced stacks out of the sun helps to slow the process and avoid bowing and warping.

Generally happy with wood however it had been treated recently and was moist right through my,ing it difficult to hand saw. There was also some minor damage to the lengths on the outside of the packaging where the tension of the tie wraps had indented them.

While you have met my revised request and the doors were received promptly, the back bracing is a double support and not a single diagonal back bracing as in your photos. Please comment. It has allowed me to fix a third hinge, but also added weight.

These planters truly value for money. Having no garden over past 9 years I have made planters similar in design & same materials but cannot make them at anywhere near the same price even excluding some cost for my amateur labour. Well done. They look good too & will certainly last for at least 15 years.

This is the second batch of rounded pales I have received. This batch were more problematic for me as a lot were very blue/green splotches and a lot needed to be kept clear and not stained in any way. We’ll see how my third batch is when it comes.
