This item was omitted from the original delivery but, once notified, the matter was handled quickly and efficiently and the goods were received the following day. This was especially impressive as the P&P was included. The plates appear to be substantial and as described but, as yet, have not been fitted so cannot comment further. It is a shame Ruby do not supply the coach bolts required to fit these plates as they had to be purchased elsewhere.

Timber arrived next day as promised (which was good) packed in packs of 2 and 3 planks, which was just as well as they were very heavy 'cos they were completely waterlogged! 6 days later and I am still drying them out in my garage prior to use. The planks are all in good condition, though very roughly sawn.
