My cat has short hair, but a thick undercoat. I have tried other types of brushes and they don't get much hair at all. I brushed off enough cat hair to have another cat. I would recommend this brush if you want to brush your fur babies bald. It won't actually ever happen, them being bald, but it is so satisfying to see that fur pile up next you as you spend 30 minutes brushing your cat or dog. My dog has black nails and they worked great! It was a simple squeeze and they cut so easily. Usually it takes two people to cut my dogs nails, but with these, I did it by myself! The flashlight turns on when the handle is squeezed. There is a magnify glass attached to get a close up look. I’m very pleased with this product!

This is a fantastic tool! I use this for my cat, and I was always terrified to cut the quick. There's a light and a magnifying glass to help so you never have to wonder. I like that you can keep the light on, turn it off, or have it auto turn on as you clip ( because Kitty likes to chase the light). The blade is sharp and easy to use with a protective cover. My favorite feature is that it catches the clippings!

I tried so many brushes for my cat but she always did not like any kind of brush. The brush part is flexible, and it catches dead hair and dust well. My cat lies down everytime when I hold this brush towards her. I finally found the right brush.

This is exactly what I have been wanting to transport my cat when going to the vet. Those other kennels are so bulky and heavy for me to carry. My little guy is about 1 1/2 yrs old and weighs about 13 lbs; combine that with a solid carrier. .... that makes a lot of weight for me to carry and load in a car.
