I've been using these products since 2021. The scalp stimulator a major product for length retention, as I noticed significantly less shedding after about 3 uses. Although I didn't have any major issues with my hair other than it getting thinner with age, I've been pleased with the condition of my hair while using B and L products. It has definitely gotten thicker. Patience is key.
