My Hair is growing fast, but I keep my ends clipped 4-6 weeks( no cotton ) too…help the process as well, only need a little, it goes a long way… I do no use heat, I deep conditioner, let sit 45 minutes (comb it through…)or longer, and wrap and go with my silk Or satin scarf… read labels on scarf too polyester isn’t satin..
