I found the website on the internet and was able to navigate the site. I followed the prompts and selected the number of pieces I wanted (one thousand). Uploaded a picture and paid for it. Another cool thing was how quickly it arrived less than 5 days. Awesome job!

Overall, good. However, my minor issues:
-The piece cut pattern shown in the template was interesting unique shapes (random cut, I think is the term), but the actual puzzle came in grid cut. I was excited to have the random cut, and felt misled.
-The image has an extra white border on 2/4 sides. It was unclear to me that this would be the outline cut from the online portal, and I would have preferred to center the whole image if given the option.

Receive puzzle yesterday 7/31/25. Looks great. Working on another puzzle now once I finished that one I will start the puzzle that you made for me. It's a birthday present for my (soon to be) 26 year old son, who was doing 100 piece puzzles by himself when he was two years old. (I kid you not.)

I like the puzzle image it is beautiful! I wish an imagw refrence came with it and the edges of the pieces were cut better as I could not tell if some pieces actually belonged together because they fit without fitting.

My custom puzzle turned out great. Perfect size (500 pieces) and the pieces came in a good variety of shapes, not just one or two types of shapes. Colors look great on the thick "paper/cardboard" pieces and a very sturdy puzzle. Will glue it and frame it next.

Required replacement as first had borders and part of images cut off - out of alignment.
Replacement sent promptly and for free, and while right and bottom borders are still cut off, it is an improvement.
Replacement sent free with no hesitation, very impressed with customer service.
Cost of shipping to Canada is preventing me from ordering these on a regular basis. If shipped free, I would order often.

I love the size of this puzzle. It's definitely a little bit challenging. But then also a lot rewarding the colors in this puzzle are so beautiful and brilliant. The picture is so much fun. It's just calm triangle or relaxing. The pieces are definitely high quality. And it comes in a nice heavy duty box that you can reuse definitely a lot of value for this puzzle.

It's not actually a collage puzzle; it's just a single image over the whole puzzle. (They were having trouble with the website and how it was showing the type of puzzle once ordered, but assured me -- correctly -- that the orders were being done correctly.) I hope their website is soon behaving because the quality is wonderful, and this company deserves to thrive. The colors are rich (not garish and not muted) and the finer line work is beautiful. I'm very happy with the puzzle.

Be super careful what photo you use for your puzzle. I had a cute photo but when blown up to fit the puzzle, my face looked horrible. Zoom in to the MAX on every face to make sure you want to use said photo. That being said, not the company's fault. Beautiful puzzle, fast shipping, and I love that you can customize the box too.
