Two men were able to put this tent up. They put the top together on the ground first, covered with the canopy, then added the legs to lift. We created concrete tie down buckets with a large metal 22” long I-hook anchored in the center. Buckets were 80 lbs each. A lot cheaper than buying the weighted tie downs. Gazebo directions were easy to understand. There were 3 of us, my daughter her husband and me to assemble the 10x12 gazebo took about 10 to 15 hours over 3 days. Great patio set for affordable price! It was delivered fast (both boxes came at the same time). Assembly took about 2 hours, but it is much easier with two people. I also would like to mention correct height as it was not listed accurately in the description - 14 inches for the table and 16.5 inches for the sofa (including cushions). They are nice chairs. I ordered them in white after reading some reviews. The White is a very light grey, which is what I was expecting. Matched perfect. I'm 5'6" plus size. Would definitely recommend. My man and I put this together ourselves, so two people for 2 1/2 weekends. 5 days of hard labor. Went through each page of the picture only manual very slowly and carefully, once studied it made sense. Clips for the roof panel edges were exteremely challenging. We crimped them and they still fell out, so after a lot of frustration, some roof panels are missing clips which doesn't seem to affected much, so far. 5 stars isn’t enough! The party tent/pavilion was perfect for our kid’s grad party. There were occasional showers during the gathering but everyone raved about the tent. Some asked to rent it. I have to admit that I was a little worried about the materials while installing this Gazebo. But once completed, I was pleasantly surprised how sturdy it turned out.
