Well, I love the chair.
1.) I found a small slit in the seat cushion when it came out of the box, about 2 inches.
I surely would not return it for this.
2.) Since then, the left arm has loosened and I'm not sure if it can be tightened. I paud a mn $40 to put the chaur together and it seemed nice and tight but began to loosen. Now it is annoying that it ie looser still.
Sorry to have complaint. I can deal with the slit, but the arm has to be tightened again.

The chair is gorgeous! It looks wonderful in my living room. Also super easy to put together. I haven’t sat too much in it admittedly since I just got it today, and it feels like it might be a bit stiff, so if it doesn’t break in comfortably I will update the review. But my cat loves it.

This patio set exceeded my expectations! We're all happy with it especially my kids and dogs. It takes my husband about one hour to assemble them by following the manual carefully. We had a problem with a screw for one part, the seller helped me to solve the problem quickly. Without doubt, the chairs are in good quality. I think they're resistant to rain, fading and high temperature. The cushions are so comfortable as well. I choose the gray color which makes my yard more stylish.

Very pleasantly surprised with how this turned out. It looks wonderful and it’s very comfortable. The quality is solid and it can hold my whole family. The chains it came with are sturdy and able to withstand our weight with no problem. I was able to create a little outdoor reading area looking out into the woods. Update: the foam is the hard type. If you have lower back pain, this is good. My baby loves it so I can also rock it with her.
