Can I ask when buggy back facing ( so baby facing you ) when you fold buggy down it does not seen to stay shut , my other one was front facing only and used to lock to carry , is it not the case in this biggie until turn the seat front facing

The wheels have no suspension, I nearly tipped my baby out of the pram when trying to wheel over the tiniest of bumps, the wheels are stiff and don’t align with each other, very jolty, I have to force the wheels to get going, it’s very flimsy, the sitting up option is so extreme. I’m just really disappointed as I’ve only used it a couple of times and it’s this bad already. Honestly the best pram I ever brought fast delivery, my baby loves it she can sit up and see everything and when she’s asleep the buggy can lay her right down it comes with everything and more that a buggy needs.
