There is no way I could've installed this without watching YouTube videos. I think 5 star was in order but setup was not easy with no instruction other than the youtube videos! I ended up calling audiovision for help! They got me straightened right out! Overall the stereo looks great and does everything I needed it to! The customer support is fantastic!

I had a good experience with this company. I accidentally ordered the wrong version of the radio for my 2006 Tacoma (needed non-jbl). They took a bit to respond to my email, but they did a few days after and sent me the correct harness and didn't charge me for it. A few things I have to say, Make sure you actually have the original radio mount for the Hazard control switch(They are hard to find if you just want the mount). I love the stereo setup now but I do have some minor gripes about it. I wish it had actual install directions. The harness provided did make things easy for the install however it doesn't lock in on the car harness so I had to use zip-ties to keep it together. Some sort of manual would have been nice so that I can make adjustments to disable (backup cam not installed but still shows up no signal) or make changes or explain what can and cannot be changed.

I like the look of it. UI is a little quirky especially if you are used to a traditional Kenwood, Pioneer etc. We will see how it is as time goes by
