It all started great. Plugs right up, fits perfect, looks great. Awesome right? That's where the glory stopped. I had simple questions that customer service never answered, the sound quality and volume is pretty pathetic (way worse than stock unit), and it's not possible to turn on unless truck is running (customer svc did confirm its not possible). Now it's very laggy, randomly won't connect to Bluetooth, etc. I'm hung out to dry on my $225. Use your money elsewhere, this is NOT worth the hype....

It’s good, not the greatest for its price because the bluetooth connection/cable connection sometimes while a song is playing it kinda froze and when I used to have the old radio that never ever happened.
