The print could be better.. packaging is great, but I'd love other poster options as well. Stuff that looks classy and not like a random photo printed off the internet.

Very bad customer service. The painting was damaged when we received and when contacted for refund or replacement, we were asked whether we have taken the video of opening the package. Instead of being sorry in the first place, they suspected us. This is not how you treat genuine art lovers. After going back and forth, we got replacement alas again with some black dot on the glass frame which is visible. The replacement also took more time.
Do we buy again with them, hell no.

The customer service is absolutely attrocious. Not only was I sent the incorrect product, the products as delivered were fewer in number than what were ordered and the customer service refused to offer any concrete updates as to the requested refund, despite my having followed up on multiple occasions.
