After many emails back and forth to find out how to return/exchange the t shirt due to wrong size, it was determined that the sizing chart on the website was incorrect. The company acknowledged it was their error and were happy to send the correct size. The email correspondence was very cordial and helpful. They stated that they will have the sizing chart corrected. Due to the Canadian postal strike, they found an alternative method to get the new shirt to me in an expedient manner. Thanks Miria...
