It was a very nice ring, unfortunately it wasn't what she was looking for so I did return the ring. The process to return was handled very smoothly, handled very well and I was quickly credited. The website return policy stated up to 7 days, however, the refund was completed with 4 day and that includes Saturday and Sunday! Prior to the purchase they were easy to contact through the chat and replied promptly. Overall, a Very good experience.
