It's a nice brace with the mod 1 tailhook adapter. The issue is, the tailhook is supposed to be pinned on. This just slides on and the 2 side screws are used to clamp it down. The screws can come undone, unless locktighted and torqueing it down will damage the brace. Also, timing the mod 1 tailhook is difficult as a pin would have locked it square and center, so getting the tailhook straight and then tightening the 2 screws down, really poor design, as it likes to move.
