Loved the couch at first! two weeks later springs from both couches came loose in my couch and ottoman.They were prompt and collected the couches as soon as I was available, but if you’re paying that price for a couch why should that be happening in the first place… The fabric and stitching is quality. Would I buy another from them, NO but they tried their best!
