Incredible experience, from showroom assistance to delivery! Everyone was so helpful, patiently answering all my queries and even the delivery company offered to unwrap and place the couches. Love my couches, aesthetically beautiful and comfy. My only suggestion will be to include to offer couch clamps on L shapes, as they tend to split up.

We love our Zorora Lira Luxe L Shape sofa and matching ottoman. Our favourite part is that we can move the cushions about, you can stack them and prop them under your arms or legs depending on how you are sitting or lounging. Sometimes I hog them all!

The couch did take longer to be delivered and there was quite a bit of miscommunication on Zororas behalf but OH MY GOSH this couch is AMAZING!!! the sleek style and comfort is unlike anything I’ve ever felt! The price does not reflect the quality that you receive, all I can say is what are you waiting for?! You’ll be regretting it for the rest of your life in you don’t get one of the many choices that they have to offer! ❤️

Couch came beautifully wrapped and it is just as comfortable as it was in store. I went through all the top furniture stores in Sandton and these guys hands down make the best looking couches in South Africa. Just need to improve on their communication skills after a purchase is made. Had no feedback about my delivery until I messaged them on Instagram.

I love my sofa! It’s nice and sturdy. Perfect addition to my bedroom. I only rated it 4 stars because the courier company don’t communicate adequate with customers when delivering, the your customer care centre is only available until 4pm. Sometimes deliveries are late and the courier company does not communicate so we look to you, to inform us.

Service in store was top notch. The efforts that were made to show how versatile the couch is were next level. The couch itself is very comfortable and holds enough space for 2 adults to lay fully stretched on it. The half moon elements serve as foot rest/table/deco if you want. The reason for 4/5 stars is due to the fabric developing tiny balls in predominantly used spots. I assume due to the friction, of sitting and standing up. But overall very happy with the couch.

The couches are amazing. I would however recommend that the delivery company used has better communication. I was getting various delivery days and communication from 2 people because I had 2 separate orders... there was a lot of confusion as to when it was coming. The actual couch came but only after the delivery driver guys changed the day twice before arriving. LOVE my couch!

Malcolm was so hands on and guided us through purchasing the perfect couch for our home. The staff at Zorora were friendly and helped move and assemble the couch quickly. The couch is super comfortable and soft. It cleans well too! My boyfriend had messed coffee after the third day and I was obviously not so chuffed with him. But to my surprise it came right off.

The pre-purchase service was outstanding. The only disappointment came with the written assurance that the delivery would be made within a certain number of working days and I waited until 2 days after the end of this period but there was no delivery or notification of delay. Couch is great quality and looks good, but the very low back is very uncomfortable. Works for the love seat but not the three seater. I end up having to put it against the wall, use one of the side cushions for the top of my back and my coffee table to put my feet up. I lie on the three seater more than I sit on it.
