I was silly and didn’t actually measure my wrist before purchase so my band was too large on initial arrival. HOWEVER, Cape Diablo was so gracious and organized with the replacement process to the correct size. There were "issues" with shipping. 3 out of 4 were late, and somehow one got sent to a an address that was the same as mine, only in another state. It was frustrating, but well worth it. I love my bracelets! I'd like to give a shout out to Alayanna in customer service for putting up with me. She kept the communication lines open, and in the end we prevailed. She deserves a raise! The Cape Diablo site showed up on my Facebook feed and I am so glad. I immediately fell in love with this multicolored stone watch band. As luck would have it, it was too large. I email customer service and they were able to accept that one back and send me one just a little bit smaller. It fits perfectly and it is very pretty.

The new pair arrived in a timely manner, but they did have a noticeable blue tint to them instead of being white as pictured on the website. I contacted customer service and they sent me a replacement pair within a week. The customer service was exceptional, and I love these earrings so much. This is a photo of the blue tinted ones.

I have to say that not only is this a beautiful strap, but the customer service is top notch! The first one I received had a horrible smell to it, and they gave me some tips to get rid of it. However then I went to put it on, and it didn’t fit.
