I started this full lymphatic sequencing when I decided to have a 3month total detox from any alcohol. I started at a weight of 91kgs and within the first 2 months I dropped 8 kilos. I have always eaten well and also drink a min of 3 litres of water a day. My girlfriend also detoxed from alcohol at this time but did not lose as much weight. My husband and I have been using Dr Graham’s massager for about two weeks. I was interested in trying the Lymphatic Drainage Pack and magnesium spray for pain relief not weight loss. I have a physical condition where the lactic acid builds up in my tissues quickly causing my legs in particular to be sore when touched.
