Its been about a year now since I have been taking Boomer Boost and Gladiator Barley. I feel a lot stronger now and my energy is much much better then before. I don't feel sluggish and lazy. In fact I'm building a gym and I just want to keep moving. I'm 59 and I don't want to go down hill just yet. There is a lot I want to do so I'm going to stick to my program with Boost and Barley and see how far I get.

Besides feeling "nourished" when I drink it, I get more energy. This new formula that is ground to a finer powder is so much easier to swallow and it goes down so easily.
