I love my shakes. I use a blender. I add fresh or dried fruit and veggies and spices. Base is either fresh lemon, or Mexican vanilla. I add aromatic spices: nutmeg, cardamom, star anise, fennel, allspice and cinnamon, on the vanilla days. I also add powder milk and sometimes peanut butter.
