I have only begun to take Ashwagandha Root (AR) this month (I'm about two weeks into it). I did re-order, even though I have nothing positive to actually report. Since I'm avoiding going to the doctor right now, I'm not aware of any blood-work differences (e.g. cortisol levels). I'm not sure if AR must build up in my system to have an effect (perhaps someone reading this could confirm this for me). But on that basis, I've re-ordered.

When he looked at the ingredients he advised me to stop taking it. The B. vitamins are synthetic and in the wrong form for my body to utilize. Please work on this so I can take your product again.
