There are 4 items that I’m taking. The Barley is the only one that leaves a gritty consistency. I am still trying to figure out what results to look for. I drive for a living. Over 155000 miles last year and close to 70000 already this year. My energy levels are still low not losing weight. Not sure what to expect.
