I didn’t know what to expect never having had overnight oats before. I can say that I am pleasantly surprised. I usually mix up my oats with some oat milk and add a teaspoon of a super food powder and the next morning enjoy! My super food powders turn my Apple cinnamon a pretty blue, maple cranberry a loveLy pink and my blueberry vanilla a light purple! So many benefits in one meal🙂totally addicted!
