Unfortunately my first order got lost in transit, and I had paid for by-Christmas shipping. I was a little frustrated that the shipping label was created on December 9th and I was the one who had to reach out on the 22/23rd and ask if there was some sort of problem. However, the new item was shipped in a timely manner and I was refunded my by-Christmas delivery price. Great artwork and great company and communication!
