I feel great after using this stack (Defend and Immortal), I have a lower than most immune system and I have been feeling great. My workplace has had a couple rounds of sickness go around and I have been completely fine. I also think that combining these with the lions mane (which I also use) is a very good idea. The benefit these products give you vs the cost is very good. I am usually quite skimpy with my money towards "health supplements". These are legit and very good quality.
