This is the real deal. I suffer from generalized anxiety and take propranolol in 10 mg tablets as needed to minimize attacks. I've also taken numerous adaptogens and nootropics with minimal changes noted. Since starting Lions mane, I've noticed me using much less propranolol to manage the anxiety. My goal is to wean myself from using any prescription medication at all. I believe using lions mane regularly will help me achieve that goal.
