Really like this customizable dumbells, they are very simple and easy to use, the range of barbells is just fantastic and is within the range I mostly lift at the weight room, very easy to use it and alter, the only con I found was that I wish there were at least two or three more adjustable weights going up to perhaps 35 or 40 pounds, but still a quality product and worth the price in comparison to other highly overpriced adjustable dumbells
