The packaging is very good. The assembly is also done in less than an hour. In the instructions, however, is a small error regarding the assembly of the lamp and the splash guard. Less pleasing, already after 50 km a flat tire. After analysis, causally caused by an insufficient and inferior rim protection. Overall, however, a recommendable purchase. Am very satisfied with the performance.

The bike was delivered on time and packed well! Setup took about 20 minutes with 1 person. Easy to use. 25 km an hour is enough speed on busy road. Mid drive motor and brakes work well. Overall good bike for the price tag. Bike functions and performs as expected. I would suggest this purchase to others.

I was always teasing my husband to go bike riding with me. His excuse always seemed to be that he ached too much afterwards due to arthritis. So we purchased this ebike and are now having a great time riding. He uses it manually and with the assist. We had a minor issue that was really our fault. We contacted their customer service, and they immediately responded back. They went above and beyond to satisfy…seem to be a great company to deal with, and we highly recommend the ebike.

I've had mine one months and LOVE it! This ebike delivers. Easy to assemble. Ride it at least 3-4 xs a week. Husband bought the C1 one at the same time. Great front light, much brighter than others we had on other bikes.

I had been wanting an E-Bike for a while now and decided to pull the trigger on the C1 Ebike. It arrived earlier than expected and I jumped right into putting it together which took no more than 30 minuets. My first ride was great and I was surprised by the mid-drive motor and the amount of assist that it provides. The gears all shifted smoothly and the brakes work great. I look forward to riding this bad boy more and more every day!

This is my second E-Bike, I bought this just because of its low price out of curiosity. I own a more expensive E-bike, and I wanted to see how this bike would compare. I'm thoroughly impressed. The bike is pretty rugged, and comes with a lot of components that I wouldn't expect to see on a bike this cheap. I'm 5'10", and the bike is surprisingly comfortable, especially on off-road and light trails. WELL WORTH THE MONEY!

Surprisingly "wonderful" . I was and am truly amazed at this game changer electric bike. At 67 years of age and retired with 2 recent total knee replacements, i can ride further and workout both knees and legs and enjoy every moment. i'm riding "everywhere" and love it! I was so apprehensive at first to never have ridden an electric bike, but now! "WooHoo" it's on!

Most of the ebike was assembled upon arrival, and I had no problem with what remained in making it road worthy. Took a bit of time, but no problem. This is my first e-bike. The pedal assist function beats my old "sweat & muscle" bike. I feel like I've gone to heaven. I don't have a car and this is my transportation, exercise and fun. 10/10 on all.

This was the first ebike my kids and I had ever purchased. We've since added a couple of fat tire ebikes but this one is still my favorite and my son's backup commuter. Just opened it 2 days ago, so far so good. My 17-yo son absolutely loves it! It was well packaged, easy to put together, and it's so sleek. I was hesitant about making this purchase but I'm very happy with it. Hopefully, it holds up well. Would definitely purchase from this brand again if we want another one!

Well built, solid, large e bike. Amazing fit and finish. Goes to about 25km/h with pedal assist, nice mid drive motor, paint and tires. I'm very happy with this bike. Easy to operate the touchpad and get going.
