Very well packaged, assembly time about 45 minutes, tools included, better instruction manual than usual. I have ridden 12 miles so far, still on first charge. The fat tires and front shocks make riding over rough terrain so much more comfortable. Pleanty of power. Love this bike, so much fun! Brings pleasure back to biking for this almost 70 yr. old with arthritic knees.

This ebike is bigger than I thought, but i use it to go to work, I work in town, but it's very fast and strong. It's super nice for that price

I love this bike so much I bought it for myself and my nephew we both ride together! It’s so easy to assemble. The color is so cool and the ride is smooth the breaks are great. The seat is a bit hard but other than that love the bike!

Had this M2 bike for about 10 months now and have put almost 2,700 miles on it, this bike is super easy to work on and use as a base line for learning about electric bikes as you ride. Flats are your biggest enemy if your doing any considerable road riding, I'd advise carrying a spare inner tube and a bike pump, and this bike will get you around at a comfortable 20 mph for speed. Wear a helmet, enjoy the ride and have fun!

So far this ebike has been amazing. Runs well, great power, comfortable. I ride 12.5 miles every day I work which has many steep hills. The motor can't maintain max speed up them but it can make the ride up a hill very comfortably. I have rode over 70 miles at this point and it is fantastic. This is my first ebike and I would recommend it for beginners.

I didn't like it especially because of the brakes but then I found a way to tighten them a bit. another thing I don't like is the gearbox, it's really annoying, it doesn't change gears. the rest everything ok
