This is my first time buying from urban REVIVO. I have read comments about their non existent customer service. So when I received the parcel I hoped I did not need to contact customer service. I loved everything that came but they have sent me the wrong colour of the tweed dress. So I got in touch with customer service and they responded and send me a replacement promptly. I would recommend to buy from them and the quality and price and design are above a lot of the high street retailer.

This gillet is amazing. My only issue is that when it came to washing. I hand wash just like the instructions say and air dry but the jacket is ruined. The down is clumpy. I don’t want to take my 5 stars alway because this jacket is really nice, however, if I am not able to clean it then it’s not worth it.

The fit is perfect. You can never go wring with a white tank but the high waist, bubble skirt is so flattering. And a bonus was the belt. Wasn't expecting the belt to be included. You can add any belt to it too. I cut my slip out because I preferred the sheer skirt look. Don't wait...get it!
