Just amazed at this medium roast! The flavor is bold, smooth, and silky. We buy the whole bean and grind fresh each morning, using our chemex. I can’t imagine going to any other brand of coffee. Iron bean gets us through the toughest days and our longest nights, thank you for this amazing coffee.

We LOVE the random Unicorn coffee! It’s an adventure worth the buy. This last bag was by far the best flavor, we believe it was a hazelnut blend. Very rich but smooth to drink. The smell filled not only my kitchen but all the way through the house! Can’t say enough positive things about this bag of coffee and the Iron Bean company! You all rock!

What does this Vermonter drink in a snowstorm? THOR!!! Thor never disappoints. It is the perfect bean if you want not-too-strong not-too-weak coffee. The only IBC roast I like better is Monsooned Malabar.

So I bought Odin, Thor, and Fear no Evil. So far I have only opened Thor I must say it is a very tasty and satisfying cup. I have acid reflux so I tend to not like coffee with a lot of acidity, this coffee is perfect right in the middle of where I like with my roast. Can’t wait to try the other 2.

This is my new favorite go-to! I've shared it with family and they've all loved it as well. The blueberry is strong but not too strong. It's perfect for me especially with this diet I am on, I can enjoy this black and not feel guilty about creamers or sugars, it simply doesn't need it. This coffee is perfect just the way it is!!

Great coffee! It makes me feel good knowing I am supporting a small business, and the coffee is out of the world good. Really something special, you can taste the quality. As for this coffee, sometimes you just want a cup in the middle of the night, and this coffee helps with those urges. I love the funny bag it come in too. Not what I expected. The initial smell was more complex than I thought it would be... No one part overpowering, creamy vanilla, butterscotch sweetness and a light spiced rum... Yet the smell of the coffee still lines in the air. The taste is just as complex.

I had been drinking a Grogg made by that other Jack Ass Coffee Company that I won’t mention their name (Bones). I had been dabbling in IBCC so I was excited to try Dylan’s Grogg and it was life changing! It has become my go to coffee that is mandatory there is a bag in the cupboard at all times! After drinking this it was the nail in the coffin for the other company and I have never ordered from them since!

Working in a construction zone often leaves us without a coffee pot, which is ok because I probably wouldn't drink construction zone coffee. This Kanteen keeps my coffee hot all day. I nurse my coffee at work and after 10 hours it's still hot. It's also kept water cold for more than 24 hours. We own two. They're that good.
